About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Audit Manager / Senior Auditor to join our growing audit practice. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced professional environment and is confident leading audit engagements from planning through completion. You will manage a team of auditors, ensure high-quality deliverables, and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage audit engagements across a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop audit team members to ensure high performance.
• Review working papers, financial statements, and audit reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain strong client communication and provide value-added insights.
• Drive continuous improvement in audit processes and team efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within an audit firm.
Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and auditing standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• ACCA or CA qualification
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple engagements.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
