Role Overview

We are hiring a Superviseur Commercial in Algiers to drive field operations and market growth for Tecno Mobile. In this role, you will lead distribution networks, manage field execution, and strengthen our commercial presence across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and optimize field sales operations and distribution channels.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies to increase market share.
• Coordinate with retail partners and field teams to ensure brand visibility.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Identify new business opportunities and regional growth potential.

• Proven experience in commercial supervision or field sales management.
• Strong knowledge of distribution networks and retail operations.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
