• Engage potential customers face-to-face and generate high-quality leads that convert
• Build genuine relationships that position Bath Center as the obvious choice
• Hit and exceed weekly lead generation targets through your personal hustle and people skills
• Report on lead activity, customer feedback, and market observations to help the team refine strategy
• Maintain brand standards in appearance, messaging, and conduct at all times

What You Bring

• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills — you connect with strangers effortlessly
• A self-motivated, competitive mindset driven by uncapped commission earnings
• Weekend availability and the reliability to show up ready to perform every shift
• Previous experience in sales, promotions, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is a strong advantage
• Fluency in Arabic and French; English is a plus
