We are seeking a strategic and technically-minded Strategy Consultant to contribute to cutting-edge AI Training & Evaluation projects. This freelance, remote role involves designing domain-specific reinforcement learning environments, creating evaluation frameworks, and developing tasks that push the boundaries of frontier model post-training. As part of Toloka AI and Mindrift, you will help shape the next generation of AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement reinforcement learning environments tailored to specific domains
• Develop comprehensive evaluation frameworks to assess model performance
• Create specialized training tasks that align with business objectives
• Collaborate with domain experts to ensure real-world applicability

Qualifications

• Proven experience in strategy consulting and AI/ML projects
• Strong understanding of reinforcement learning and evaluation metrics
• Ability to work independently in a remote, freelance environment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with frontier model training pipelines is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
