Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Engineer to lead and grow our pre-sales operations focused on the full suite of ManageEngine solutions. This role requires an experienced professional who can bridge the gap between customer needs and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead pre-sales engineering activities for ManageEngine product portfolio
• Collaborate with sales teams to design and present technical solutions
• Conduct product demonstrations, proof of concepts, and technical presentations
• Assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate ManageEngine solutions
• Support the growth and development of the pre-sales team

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a pre-sales engineering role
• Strong knowledge of IT management and enterprise software solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value
