- Create brand guidelines and style documents that ensure consistency across all touchpoints
- Design marketing collateral such as pitch decks, social media assets, and presentation materials
- Collaborate with startup founders to understand brand positioning and translate it into visual direction
- Lead design projects from concept through final delivery, managing timelines and quality standards
- Mentor junior designers and provide creative direction across multiple brand projects
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices in brand strategy and visual identity
- Present design concepts and rationale to clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Brand Designer, Visual Identity Designer, or Creative Designer with a strong portfolio
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma
- Deep understanding of brand strategy, visual hierarchy, and design systems
- Experience working with startups or agencies on multi-brand projects
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present and defend design decisions
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Fluency in French and English is preferred; Arabic is a plus
What You Will Gain
- Opportunity to shape the visual identity of emerging brands across two continents
- Collaborative, creative work environment with a growing international team
- Exposure to diverse industries and startup ecosystems in Europe and Africa
Tips to Land This Role

- Include case studies that demonstrate how your design decisions supported business goals
- Prepare to discuss your creative process and how you handle feedback from non-design stakeholders
- Research DesignFlow's existing client work so you can speak to their design language in the interview
- Show versatility — startups need designers who can think strategically while executing at a high level
