DesignFlow is seeking a Senior Product Designer (UI/UX) to join our team in Algiers, Algeria. We help startups and SMEs across the EMEA region build strong brand identities and effective digital experiences through our subscription-based design model. As a senior product designer, you will lead the creation of intuitive, user-centered interfaces that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design for web and mobile applications, from concept to final handoff.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesize findings to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive design systems.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design with business goals.
- Establish and maintain a consistent visual language and component library.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to team design critiques and best practices.
- Stay current with UI/UX trends, tools, and accessibility standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in product design, UI/UX design, or interaction design.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools; experience with prototyping tools like Principle or Framer.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process and shipped digital products.
- Deep understanding of design systems, responsive design, and mobile-first principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and French.
- Experience working in an agile or lean startup environment is a plus.
