Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and reliable
Scaffolder to join our team. The Scaffolder will be responsible
for constructing and dismantling scaffolding structures according
to safety standards and project specifications. This role
requires a keen attention to detail, a strong understanding of
construction principles, and a commitment to maintaining a safe
work environment.Responsibilities:Erect and dismantle scaffolding
structures safely and efficiently.Interpret blueprints, drawings,
and specifications to determine scaffold layout and
design.Inspect scaffolding components for defects and ensure
compliance with safety regulations.Coordinate with construction
team members to ensure scaffolding meets project
requirements.Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all
times.Maintain and repair scaffolding equipment as needed.Ensure
cleanliness and organization of work area.Requirements:Previous
experience as a Scaffolder or similar role in the construction
industry.Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, drawings, and
specifications.Strong knowledge of safety regulations and
procedures related to scaffolding.Ability to work at heights and
in various weather conditions.Excellent communication and
teamwork skills.Valid driver's license and reliable
transportation.Certification in scaffolding construction
(preferred).
