Hiring Branch Manager - Hospitality Services Location: Abu Dhabi,
United Arab Emirates We are currently seeking an experienced and
results-oriented individual to join our company as a Branch
Manager for our hospitality services division in Abu Dhabi. This
position is open to both male and female candidates.
Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee the operations of our
branch in Abu Dhabi, focusing on hospitality services. •
Develop and implement strategies to attract and secure contracts
with hotels, restaurants, and cafes for our external shisha
services. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key
clients in the hospitality industry. • Ensure the smooth
execution of shisha services, maintaining high-quality standards
and customer satisfaction. • Supervise a team of staff,
providing leadership and guidance to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost control
measures to drive profitability. Requirements: • Proven
experience and a strong track record in hospitality services
management. • Extensive knowledge of the hospitality industry,
particularly in securing contracts with hotels, restaurants, and
cafes. • Excellent negotiation and business development skills.
• Strong leadership abilities and the capability to motivate
and inspire a team. • Exceptional communication and
interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and cost
control. • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and
meet deadlines. • Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of
Arabic would be an advantage. If you are a dynamic and
