Hiring Country Manager for Retail Sales Automotive Domain JD：
Sales Performance Monitoring: • Conduct weekly and monthly
sales performance analysis on a model level, identifying trends
and areas for improvement. • Develop strategies and initiatives
to enhance sales support activities, including monthly and
quarterly campaigns. Financial Analysis and Inventory Management:
• Perform financial analysis of dealer operations, providing
concise key findings and recommendations. • Regularly analyze
dealer inventory to ensure appropriate supply for market demand.
Marketing support and Review: • Review and assess local
marketing campaigns by dealers, ensuring alignment with brand
messaging and effectiveness of advertising spend. • Provide
guidance and support to dealers in developing impactful marketing
campaigns. Dealer internal practices: • Monitor dealer
practices and procedures, lead management and conversion. •
Analyze data and implement improvement plans where necessary.
Market Analysis, product development: • Providing insights and
feedback on local market demands to support product development
and improvements. -Advise dealers on the products most suitable
for their countries. Reporting: • Preparing and presenting
reports to higher management on performance and challenges faced
in the local market in addition to countermeasures being taken.
Skills： • Proven ability in business plan development and
implementation. Retail automotive experience. • Excellent
proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. •
Excellent analytical and financial skills, with the ability to
utilize data for strategic decisionmaking and business case
development. • Strong decision-making abilities, identifying
opportunities for strategic enhancements. • Proficiency in
studying, analyzing, and interpreting complex information to
improve practices and develop innovative approaches. • Strong
business acumen and demonstrated leadership abilities, engaging
with individuals at all levels and across various regions. •
Currently working in the GCC with minimum 8 years experience in
Managerial role. • Fluent in English and Arabic. • Education:
University degree in Marketing/business management. • This role
requires regular business travels to assigned markets. Job
