We are looking for HR Assistant at our company, you will play a
crucial role in supporting the HR department and ensuring smooth
operations within the organization. You will be responsible for
providing administrative support, maintaining employee records,
assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, and
implementing HR policies and procedures. Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee records, including personal
information, employment contracts, and training records Assist in
the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening
resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
Coordinate new employee onboarding process, including preparing
the necessary paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and
arranging training programs Assist with benefits administration,
including enrollment, changes, and termination of employee
benefits plans Conduct exit interviews and handle employee
offboarding procedures Support the HR team in developing and
implementing HR policies and procedures Assist with performance
management processes, including tracking performance reviews and
providing support to managers in setting objectives and goals
Handle general HR inquiries from employees regarding policies,
benefits, and other HR- related matters Oversee the maintenance
of the HR database system and ensure data accuracy Hiring
