        Implement the HSE Management System, specific
procedures and instructions, and collaboration in the performance
of Procedures and Instructions operatives of the
sector.
        Propose HSE objectives,
monitoring metrics and maintaining related records

        Prepare HSE plans, policies, standards
and procedures.
        Counseling of application
of HSE legislation, rules and procedures of client. Management of
legal procedures and external documents and registries.

        Conduct inspections and audits to assess
the effectiveness of the HSE Management System and to identify
required improvements.
        Monitor
performance of main contractors for transport, security and
certification.
        Ensures that adequate HSE
training is provided to all personnel, including subcontractors,
ensure that personnel receive appropriate process specific
training.
        Ensures that all accidents are
properly notified, investigated, reviewed and followed up, as per
the company standard and to participate in investigations of
failures and accidents.
        To develop and
maintain a high level of awareness and active personal
involvement among all personnel through prevention and reporting
of non-conformities.
        Performing
inspections at own base, contractor and job sites on a regular
basis to audit process in action, and identifies areas for
improvement.
        Compile data and realize
reports to the high management.
        Organize
schedules and assign work activity. Perform trainings to ensure
that the personal have all the requisite skills. Develop and
implement HSE procedures and maintaining personnel
records.
        Establish and maintain excellent
customer communications and relationships.
Minimum
Education:
•        Minimum Bachelor Science (S1)
in Engineering/ Science /Occupational Health and Safety or
equivalent
•        Strong personal commitment to
good safety and environmental work
practices
•        Previous experience as a HSE
Coordinator in drilling
•        Supervisory
experience
•        Leadership Development
experience
•        Familiar with relative laws
and regulations in drilling. Legal background will be a big
plus.
•        Work experience with an
international drilling contractor,
preferred
•        Must have excellent computer
skills
•        Well in oral communication in
English.
•        Good communication skills
