Maintenance Chief required for Drilling Rig وظف دوت كوم

        Responsible for coordinating field assignments
and provide technical support to field
personnel.
        Conducts periodic reviews of
the performance of the drilling equipment. They may be
responsible for evaluating problematic systems or facilities and
determining what installation or repair services need to be
performed.
        Instruct all personnel
assigned to him of their duties, their responsibilities and the
necessary safety precautions prior to startup of any work. Ensure
that all orders and instructions given in writing or verbally are
fully understood and adhered
to.
        Responsible for monitoring all
security routines are followed by the
personal.
         Accountable for analyzing
customer and equipment problems, work through to effective
resolution and reporting finding and solutions to the Operational
Drilling Manager.
        Organize schedules and
assign work activity. Perform trainings to ensure that the
personal have all the requisite skills. Develop and implement
maintenance procedures and maintaining personnel
records.
        Establish and maintain excellent
customer communications and
relationships.
        Monitor all maintenance
activity aligned with the maintenance team to ensure the
equipment is fully operational.
        Assist
with annual budget
preparation.
        Responsible of monitor
records of equipment repair and
report.
•        Experience preventive maintenance
of rig equipment.
•        Ability to implement
policies and procedures.
•        Health, Safety,
Environmental management Skill
•        Experience
in diesel engines is strongly
preferred.
•        Previous experience in the
following fields will be valued: electric, hydraulic, and
pneumatic.
Minimum
Education:
•        Technician
Education
•        An ability to use a PC would be
an asset
•        Good communication
skills
•        Fluent in English
