KITEA Group, a premier furniture and decoration retailer in Morocco with over three decades of market leadership, is seeking a meticulous Warehouse Quality Control Agent to join its Casablanca operations. This role is pivotal in safeguarding the company's reputation for excellence by ensuring every product meets stringent quality standards before reaching customers. As a Quality Control Agent, you will be part of a dedicated team focused on maintaining the highest levels of product integrity across KITEA's extensive warehouse network. Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed inspections of incoming and outgoing furniture and decoration items to verify compliance with KITEA's quality specifications.
- Identify, document, and report any defects, damages, or non-conformities using standardized inspection forms and digital tools.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of inventory to prevent quality issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inspections, including photos and reports, for traceability and continuous improvement.
- Monitor adherence to safety and quality procedures within the warehouse environment, flagging any deviations.
- Provide actionable feedback to suppliers and internal procurement teams to drive product quality improvements.
- Assist in developing and updating quality control protocols, checklists, and best practices based on industry standards.
- Participate in periodic quality audits and root cause analysis for recurring issues.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in quality control, inspection, or a related role, ideally within a warehouse, retail, or manufacturing setting.
- Strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to identifying product defects and inconsistencies.
- Familiarity with quality assurance principles, inspection techniques, and non-conformance reporting.
- Excellent communication skills in French and/or Arabic; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, physically demanding warehouse environment.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry, report generation, and using quality management software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in quality control, logistics, or supply chain management is a plus.
