We are seeking a detail-oriented Analytical Technical Services Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will support our mission to manufacture and supply reliable, high-quality medicines and vaccines to meet patients' needs and drive our performance. You will work within our network of 37 medicines and vaccines manufacturing sites, which delivered 1.7 billion units, ensuring analytical excellence and technical service support.

Role Overview

The Analytical Technical Services Analyst is responsible for providing analytical and technical support to manufacturing operations. This role involves analyzing data, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring that all products meet stringent quality and regulatory standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform analytical testing and data analysis to support manufacturing processes.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues related to analytical methods and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with quality control and production teams to optimize analytical workflows.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Support the implementation of new analytical technologies and methodologies.
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Monitor and maintain analytical instruments and laboratory equipment.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, or a related scientific field.
• Proven experience in analytical chemistry or technical services within a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, and wet chemistry.
• Familiarity with GMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, EMA).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data analysis software and laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with method development and validation.
• Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in a relevant scientific discipline.
