Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cafe and Pastry Shop Branch Manager to join our team in Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt. This is a full-time management position ideal for professionals with a strong background in food and beverage operations, hospitality team leadership, and retail sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the cafe and pastry branch, ensuring smooth service flow and high-quality customer experience
• Manage and supervise all branch staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
• Drive marketing and sales strategies to increase foot traffic, average ticket size, and overall branch revenue
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and control food cost and waste
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all areas of the shop
• Handle customer feedback and resolve escalated complaints promptly and professionally
• Prepare regular sales and performance reports for senior management
• Maintain brand standards in presentation, cleanliness, and service quality at all times

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of experience in cafe, pastry shop, or restaurant management
• Bachelor's degree (higher qualification) in a relevant field
• Proven track record in marketing and sales within the food and beverage or hospitality sector
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in both Arabic and English
• Solid understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and cost control
• Knowledge of food safety standards and local regulatory requirements
• Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
