Job Overview:

We are seeking a qualified Site Mechanical Engineer with Technical Office experience to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems, specifically in Plumbing, HVAC, and Fire Fighting systems, with a focus on both on-site execution and technical office coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the installation of mechanical systems (Plumbing, HVAC, and Fire Fighting) on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with the technical office to review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify technical issues, and implement solutions.
• Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for the project management team.
• Ensure all site activities adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and material take-offs as required by the technical office.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience in mechanical engineering, specifically in site execution and technical office work.
• Specialization: Extensive hands-on experience in Plumbing, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), and Fire Fighting systems.
• Location: Must be a resident of Cairo.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and specifications. Familiarity with site surveying and execution.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
