About the Role – F&B Operations Manager
As a Food & Beverage Manager at Accor, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of restaurant and bar operations, ensuring exceptional service quality, controlling costs, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. You will work closely with chefs, service staff, and hotel management to deliver memorable dining experiences that reflect Accor's commitment to responsible hospitality.
Key Responsibilities – Restaurant & Bar Management
- Oversee daily food and beverage operations across all outlets, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Develop and implement menus, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to maximize revenue.
- Manage F&B budgets, control food and labor costs, and prepare financial reports for senior management.
- Recruit, train, and supervise F&B staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Coordinate with the culinary team to maintain food quality standards and introduce seasonal offerings.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction scores.
- Negotiate with suppliers and manage inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.
Requirements – Hospitality Leadership Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage management within a hotel or high-volume restaurant environment.
- Strong knowledge of F&B operations, including inventory control, menu engineering, and cost management.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with POS systems, F&B management software, and hospitality technology.
- Understanding of food safety standards (HACCP) and local health regulations.
