About the Role

As a Waiter / Waitress at City Centre Rotana Doha, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests, ensuring the highest standards of food & beverage service, and contributing to a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and personalized table service to all guests
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with professionalism and care
• Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of the dining area, tables, and service stations
• Collaborate with the kitchen team and other F&B colleagues to ensure seamless service
• Process bills and handle payment transactions accurately
• Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Participate in pre-shift briefings and ongoing hospitality training programs

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress in a hotel or upscale restaurant preferred
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure hospitality environment
• Professional appearance and excellent presentation skills
• Good knowledge of food & beverage operations and service techniques
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
