Role Overview

As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for all guests entering the restaurant or dining area. You are responsible for creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere, managing reservations, and ensuring every guest has a seamless and memorable dining experience from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet all guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments efficiently
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Answer guest inquiries about menu items, specials, and restaurant hours
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
• Handle guest feedback and escalate concerns to management when necessary
• Assist with phone calls and online reservation systems
• Support special events and private dining arrangements as needed
• Uphold Accor's high standards of hospitality and brand values at all times

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in a hostess, front-of-house, or guest relations role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of reservation systems and POS software is an advantage
