About the Role
New Mowasat Company in Kuwait is seeking qualified Jordanian or Lebanese ENT Registrars to join its medical team. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career physicians with a background in Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) to gain hands-on clinical experience in a well-established healthcare setting in Kuwait.
Core Responsibilities
- Assist senior ENT consultants in diagnosing and managing ear, nose, and throat conditions across outpatient and inpatient settings.
- Conduct patient assessments, take detailed medical histories, and perform relevant ENT examinations.
- Document patient records accurately and maintain up-to-date clinical files in compliance with hospital protocols.
- Participate in on-call rotations, emergency ENT consultations, and ward rounds as required.
- Support surgical procedures in the operating theatre, including pre-operative preparation and post-operative follow-up care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient management.
- Stay current with ENT best practices, clinical guidelines, and continuing medical education (CME) activities.
Required Qualifications
- Nationality: Jordanian or Lebanese.
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of clinical experience after obtaining the Jordanian Board (or equivalent qualification).
- Specialty: Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) — Registrar level.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Licensing: Non-licensed candidates will also be considered; licensing support may be provided.
