Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Estimation Engineer to join our dynamic team in the construction and building industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a variety of projects by providing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and supporting bid preparation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction cost estimation and quantity surveying.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
• Review project plans, specifications, and tender documents to identify scope and requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather information and ensure accuracy.
• Conduct risk analysis and value engineering to optimize project costs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market rates, suppliers, and construction methods.
• Assist in the preparation of tender submissions and bid proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in estimation within the construction industry.
• Proven experience with estimation software and tools (e.g., PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or similar).
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and cost structures.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
