About the Role

We are hiring a People Partner / HR Consultant for the North Africa, Middle East, and Balkans region. In this strategic role, you will provide direct consultative and strategic partnering efforts to support our growing teams across diverse markets.

Core Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on all people-related matters.
• Drive HR strategies that align with business objectives across the MENA and Balkans region.
• Support talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
• Analyze people data to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions.
• Partner with global HR teams to ensure consistency and best practice sharing.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Consultant in a multi-country context.
• Deep understanding of labor laws and cultural nuances across the MENA and Balkans region.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required; additional regional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
• Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, HRCI).
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive change.
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in HR analytics tools.
