About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Chargé CRM & Études Marketing to manage and optimize our customer relationship management system while driving market research initiatives. This role is pivotal in ensuring data integrity, segmenting prospects, and delivering actionable insights through competitive intelligence. The ideal candidate will combine technical CRM administration with analytical marketing expertise to support strategic decision-making.

Core Responsibilities

• CRM Administration: Oversee the day-to-day management of the CRM platform, ensuring data accuracy, system reliability, and user adoption across teams.
• Data Segmentation & Quality: Segment prospect databases based on behavioral and demographic criteria, and implement data cleansing protocols to maintain high-quality, actionable records.
• Market Research & Intelligence: Conduct comprehensive market studies, monitor competitive activity (veille concurrentielle), and identify emerging trends to inform marketing strategies.
• Campaign Support: Provide data-driven insights to support targeted marketing campaigns, lead generation efforts, and customer retention programs.
• Reporting & Analytics: Generate regular reports on customer behavior, campaign performance, and market dynamics to guide business decisions.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in CRM management, data analysis, or marketing research.
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and Arabic; English is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver market studies and competitive analyses.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Knowledge of database marketing and segmentation techniques.
• Familiarity with GDPR and data privacy regulations.
• Background in the North African or MENA market.
