We are seeking a creative and technically proficient Lighting Designer to join our team and develop innovative illumination solutions for architectural and facade lighting projects. The ideal candidate possesses a strong blend of artistic vision and engineering knowledge to create functional, energy-efficient, and aesthetically striking lighting designs. This role requires close collaboration with architects, engineers, and clients to bring unique concepts to life while adhering to project specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design complete lighting plans for architectural structures, building facades, and outdoor environments.
• Select appropriate lighting fixtures, controls, and technologies to meet design intent and energy codes.
• Perform lighting calculations, photometric analysis, and simulations using specialized software.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams including architects, electrical engineers, and contractors throughout installation.
• Stay current with industry trends, LED advancements, smart lighting systems, and sustainable practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Lighting Design, Architecture, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years preferred) in architectural lighting design, facade lighting, or interior illumination.
• Proficiency with lighting design software such as Dialux, AGi32, or Relux.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or similar drafting tools.
• Strong understanding of photometry, color theory, and lighting controls.
• Excellent project management, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Familiarity with local building codes, sustainability standards, and safety regulations.
