Role Overview
Halkorb-RH is recruiting on behalf of its client, a company operating in the industry sector, a Social Media Manager to lead and execute a comprehensive social media strategy. This role is pivotal in enhancing brand presence, driving engagement, and achieving measurable business results across all major social platforms.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and drive a social media strategy aligned with the company's overall marketing and business objectives.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, video) for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools, and adjust strategies based on data insights.
- Manage community interactions, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive brand community.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product) to ensure brand consistency and campaign integration.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, including budget management and A/B testing.
- Identify and engage with key influencers and brand advocates to amplify reach.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, their algorithms, and advertising tools.
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills in both English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
- Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization for social channels.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software.
- Knowledge of paid social advertising (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and community management best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
