- Implement and monitor HACCP compliance across all food production and service areas
- Conduct daily hygiene audits of kitchens, outlets, stores, and public areas
- Manage food safety documentation, temperature logs, and corrective action records
- Train and supervise stewarding and F&B teams on sanitation standards and personal hygiene
- Coordinate with external laboratories for microbiological testing and water quality analysis
- Lead internal inspections preparing for third-party audits and Accor brand standards reviews
- Investigate guest complaints related to food quality or hygiene and implement preventive measures
- Maintain chemical inventory, MSDS files, and ensure safe handling procedures are followed

- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Hotel Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience as Hygiene Compliance Coordinator or Quality Officer in 4-5 star hotels
- Certified HACCP auditor (Level 3 minimum) with ISO 22000 implementation experience
- Deep knowledge of Egyptian food safety regulations and municipal health requirements
- Strong command of English; Arabic fluency required for local regulatory communication
- Proficiency in digital audit tools, PMS systems, and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and emergency response
