Lead revenue growth for a premier Accor hotel in Algiers, driving sales strategy across 5,500+ global properties. Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting corporate accounts and travel partners to negotiating contracts and maximizing RevPAR. Collaborate with revenue management and marketing to deliver targeted campaigns that fill rooms and exceed revenue targets in a dynamic, international hospitality environment.

• Proven hotel sales experience (3+ years) with a track record of exceeding revenue goals in upscale/luxury properties
• Deep knowledge of Algiers market – corporate accounts, government contracts, travel trade, and MICE segments
• Expert in CRM systems (Opera, Salesforce, or similar) and revenue management analytics
• Fluent in French and Arabic; English proficiency required for Accor global reporting
• Strong negotiation & relationship-building skills with key decision-makers across public and private sectors
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field
