We are seeking an experienced F&B Service Expert to join a prestigious hospitality establishment in Doha, Qatar. This role demands a seasoned professional who excels in fine dining operations and guest experience management within luxury hotel or high-end restaurant environments. The Food & Beverage Specialist will oversee service delivery standards, mentor team members, and ensure every guest interaction reflects the brand's commitment to excellence. - Lead and supervise daily dining service operations across restaurant, bar, and banquet facilities
- Develop and implement service standards compliance protocols aligned with international luxury benchmarks
- Train, coach, and evaluate service team members on hospitality training methodologies and product knowledge
- Manage guest relations escalations and ensure personalized dining experiences for VIP clientele
- Coordinate with culinary and beverage teams on menu execution, wine pairing, and special event requirements
- Monitor inventory control, cost management, and revenue optimization for beverage program development
- Conduct pre-shift briefings, performance reviews, and continuous service quality assessments
- Ensure health, safety, and hygiene regulations adherence across all food and beverage service areas

- Minimum 5 years progressive experience in fine dining or luxury hotel F&B operations
- Proven leadership experience as Restaurant Service Lead, Outlet Manager, or Assistant F&B Manager
- Extensive knowledge of international cuisine, wine regions, craft beverages, and service etiquette
- Strong command of English; Arabic or additional languages highly advantageous
- Proficiency with POS systems, reservation platforms, and inventory management software
- Certified in food safety (HACCP) and responsible alcohol service
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent professional certifications preferred
