Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Department Head – Digital Solutions & Technology to lead Doha Bank's Digital Solutions and Technology department. This senior leadership role involves overseeing Business Solutions, Enterprise Digital Architecture, and Digital initiatives to drive the bank's digital transformation strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Digital Solutions and Technology department, ensuring alignment with the bank's strategic goals.
• Oversee the development and implementation of Business Solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Drive Enterprise Digital Architecture initiatives, ensuring scalable and secure technology frameworks.
• Collaborate with the CDIO to define and execute the digital roadmap.
• Manage cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital products and services.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in digital solutions, technology leadership, or related roles within the banking or financial services sector.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
