Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Automotive Warranty Administrator to manage and process warranty claims for a leading automotive service center in Qatar. This role ensures all warranty submissions meet manufacturer guidelines and company standards, minimizing rejections and maximizing recoveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit warranty claims accurately and within required timelines.
• Verify that all claims comply with manufacturer policies and warranty terms.
• Monitor pending warranty jobs and ensure timely completion and documentation.
• Maintain organized records of all warranty transactions and communications.
• Liaise with service advisors, technicians, and manufacturers to resolve claim discrepancies.
• Track claim status and follow up on approvals or rejections.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Warranty Administrator or similar role in the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of warranty processes, claim submission systems, and manufacturer guidelines.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in dealership management software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Experience & Education

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in automotive warranty administration. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certification in automotive service or administration is a plus.
