Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Housekeeping Manager to oversee and execute all operations within the Front Office and Food and Beverage/Culinary departments under the Rooms & Guest Services Operations division. This role is critical to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of housekeeping and related staff across Front Office and F&B areas.
• Inspect guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house zones to ensure compliance with cleanliness and quality standards.
• Manage inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities, ensuring cost control and timely replenishment.
• Train and mentor team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and guest service excellence.
• Address guest complaints and special requests promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with department heads to streamline operations and enhance guest experiences.
• Prepare work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor staff performance.
• Monitor and control labor and supply costs to meet budget targets.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping management or supervisory role within a hotel or resort environment.
• Strong understanding of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
