Role Overview

Radisson Hotel Group, one of the world's largest hotel groups with ten distinctive brands and over 1,460 hotels in 95+ countries, is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to join its team in Qatar. This role is essential in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency across the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, including room cleaning, public area maintenance, and laundry services.
• Inspect guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to ensure compliance with brand quality and hygiene standards.
• Train, mentor, and schedule housekeeping staff to optimize productivity and service excellence.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities, ensuring cost-effective usage and timely replenishment.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints, resolving issues with professionalism and a focus on satisfaction.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with front office and maintenance departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Enforce health, safety, and security protocols, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping supervision within a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Preferred:

• Experience with a global hotel brand or large-scale property.
• Familiarity with property management systems and housekeeping software.
• Certification in hospitality management or related field.
