Spa Therapist – Four Seasons Hotel Doha

Join the world-renowned Four Seasons team in Doha, Qatar, as a Spa Therapist. This role is integral to delivering exceptional wellness experiences in a luxury environment. You will provide a full range of spa services including massages, body treatments, facials, and holistic therapies to discerning guests, ensuring the highest standards of service and relaxation.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional spa treatments including Swedish, deep tissue, and hot stone massages, as well as customized facials and body wraps.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil treatment room in accordance with Four Seasons standards.
• Consult with guests to assess their needs, preferences, and any contraindications to ensure safe and effective treatments.
• Promote spa retail products and recommend home-care regimens.
• Collaborate with the spa team to uphold a seamless guest experience from check-in to departure.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury hotel or high-end spa.
• Certified diploma in beauty therapy, massage, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Proficiency in multiple massage techniques and advanced facial treatments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-centric attitude.
• Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Arabic) are a plus.
