Sanad Engineering Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Architect Engineer to lead the Engineering Department as the Head of Engineering in Al Khobar. This role demands a seasoned professional with deep expertise in architectural design, 3D façade design, and a thorough understanding of Saudi municipality regulations. The ideal candidate will drive design excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage a team of engineers to deliver high-quality projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the architectural department, overseeing all project workflows.
• Review and approve architectural designs, drawings, and 3D façade designs.
• Coordinate with clients and government authorities to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure compliance with the Saudi Building Code and local municipality regulations.
• Improve design quality and engineering output through continuous process enhancement.
• Manage office operations and guide the engineering team professionally.

Qualifications

• 8 to 13 years of experience in architectural engineering, preferably in an engineering office in Al Khobar or Dammam.
• Strong expertise in architectural design and 3D façade design.
• Excellent knowledge of Saudi municipality regulations and updates.
• Familiarity with the Balady platform for project submission and approvals.
• Proven experience in client communication and office management.
• Leadership personality with the ability to manage and guide a team effectively.

Skills

• Advanced architectural design and drafting skills.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and façade design software.
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi Building Code and municipal compliance.
