About the role:
- As a sales executive, we expect you to services existing accounts, obtain orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential business. Contact potential buyers, present products and services, answer questions, and discuss pricing.
Responsibilities:
- Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered.
- Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Conduct site surveys for new customers and gives advice on the needed requirements based on customer needs.
- Monitor the delivery lines to ensure the top-quality delivery at the right time in a safe condition and suggest corrective measures if necessary.
- Receive customer complaints and coordinate their resolutions with corresponding parties.
- Maintain a periodic sales plan which highlights the target sales revenue per type.
- Provide timely reports on customer requirements, bookings status, and competition.
Minimum Bachelor Degree (Preferred Engineer)
2-4 years' quota-carrying sales experience
Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
English Language level (professional)
