We are a growing group of dental practices in the UK and are expanding our centralised call centre in Muscat. We are looking for a professional and well spoken Receptionist to handle patient calls and support our UK reception teams.
Role Overview
You will be the first point of contact for patients calling our practices in the UK. Your role will be to answer calls in fluent English, manage enquiries, and book appointments accurately while working closely with our reception teams in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls from patients in a polite and professional manner
Book and manage appointments using our system
Handle patient enquiries and direct calls appropriately
Work in coordination with reception teams across multiple UK sites
Maintain accurate patient records and call notes
Ensure a high level of customer service at all times
Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English
Previous experience in a call centre or receptionist role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple calls
