أولاً: مدير مالية (Finance Manager)

• الإشراف على العمليات المالية والمحاسبية بشكل كامل
• إعداد الميزانيات والتوقعات المالية ومتابعة الأداء
• تحليل البيانات المالية وتقديم تقارير لدعم تطبيق القرار
• إدارة التدفقات النقدية وضمان الاستقرار المالي
• تطوير السياسات والإجراءات المالية وتحسين الإحترافية
• الإشراف على فريق المحاسبة وتقييم الأداء
• إعداد ومراجعة القوائم المالية
• التنسيق مع المدققين الداخليين والخارجيين
• ضمان الالتزام بالمعايير المحاسبية (GAAP / IFRS) والأنظمة الضريبية

ثانياً: محاسب (Accountant)

• إدارة العمليات المحاسبية اليومية (الذمم المدينة والدائنة، القيود، التسويات)
• تسجيل العمليات المالية بدقة في النظام المحاسبي
• إعداد التقارير المالية الدورية
• متابعة الفواتير والمستحقات والمدفوعات
• المساعدة في إعداد القوائم المالية
• دعم عمليات التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي
• الالتزام بالسياسات والإجراءات المالية المعتمدة

• Oversee all financial and accounting operations
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes and monitor performance
• Analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making
• Manage cash flow and ensure financial stability
• Develop and improve financial policies and procedures
• Supervise and evaluate the accounting team
• Prepare and review financial statements
• Coordinate internal and external audits
• Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and tax regulations

Accountant

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations (AR/AP, journal entries, reconciliations)
• Record financial transactions accurately in the accounting system
• Prepare periodic financial reports
• Monitor invoices, receivables, and payments
• Assist in preparing financial statements
• Support audit processes (internal and external)
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
