- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, promote the sale of company products, and provide sales support

- Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and determine system requirements

- Manage marketing and advertisements plans

- Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective customers

- Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of Sales Efforts

- Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs

- Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures for the sales department. 9. Provide technical support and services to clients or other staff members regarding the use, operation, and maintenance of equipment.

- Secure and renew orders to match the yearly sales target

- Register all products on SABER and according to KSA customs and SASO regulations

- Coordinate with transportation and clearance agencies to clear the material from ports and deliver it to customers or to the FLUCON warehouse

- Ability to follow up with customers after delivery, check customer satisfaction, submit required certificates, products performance, and report problems if any

- To follow up with customers for invoice collection.
BS in Mechanical Engineering
5-10 Yrs of experience
