Job Title: Project Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or Architecture and strong experience in construction execution and finishing works. The candidate will be responsible for managing projects from planning through completion, ensuring that all works are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee construction projects, particularly architectural and finishing works.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all project activities from start to completion.
• Ensure that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Manage project budgets, cost control, and resource allocation.
• Prepare project schedules, reports, and progress updates for management.
• Resolve technical issues that arise during project execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering / Architecture.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in construction projects.
