companion. We're looking for a talented chef to lead our bakery program and complete the
experience.
The Mission
As our Head Pastry & Bakery Chef, you will be the creative and operational leader of our bakery.
You'll craft a seasonal menu of exquisite viennoiserie, pastries, and desserts that tell a story and
elevate our coffee. This is a hands-on role for a creator who values quality, aesthetics, and
precision
Key Responsibilities
Area Details
Menu & Creation Develop, test, and execute a rotating menu of croissants,pastries, sourdough,
and desserts.
Production Lead all daily baking from early morning, ensuring top quality, freshness, and food
safety.
Standards & Training Document recipes and procedures. Train and mentor a small bakery team.
Supply & Inventory Source premium ingredients (local/organic preferred). Manage stock and
supplier relationships.
Collaboration Work with the barista team to create perfect coffee-pastry pairings and seasonal
specials.
Who You Are
· Proven experience as a Pastry Chef/Bakery Chef in a quality bakery, patisserie, or cafés
· Strong portfolio in laminated doughs, fermentation, and pastry finishing.
· Deep knowledge of baking science, ingredients, and food costing.
· A natural leader—organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced morning environment.
· Creative, visually minded, and passionate about seasonal produce.
· Committed to excellence and impeccable hygiene standards.
· Culinary/pastry training is a plus.
