IMMEDIATE HIRING – Administrative مساعد for Research Office (Consulting Company)
We are launching a new research office within our consulting company and are looking for a proactive Administrative مساعد to support both business and personal administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone organized, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Role Overview:
You will provide day-to-day administrative support to help set up and run the research office. The role will be a mix of personal مساعد and business مساعد responsibilities, including coordination, communication, and basic operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and organizational support to the management team
- Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination
- Manage Social Media pages, post, interact with followers
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
- Support basic research-related and business operations tasks as needed
- Handle professional and occasional personal administrative tasks
- Coordinate communication in both Arabic and English (إيميلs, calls, messages)
- Assist with basic social media and online presence
Qualifications & Required Skills:
- Willingness and strong motivation to learn
- Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English
- Minimum 1 year of relevant administrative experience
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content posting
Work Arrangement & Compensation:
- Salary: Depends on experience and skills
- Work model: Starting in the office, while there is a possibility of working from home (hybrid/flexible arrangement to be discussed during the interview)
