- We are seeking Consultant Project Manager for our multi-millions USD budgeted international large project in Bahrain

Requirements;

- Saudi nationality is MUST

- Experience more than 10 years

- Bachelor degree on Civil Engineering or Architecture

- Have Consultant experience

- Have good experience on Construction Project Management

- Fluent English is required

Job description

- Project manager will be located in Bahrain. He will take the role of ‘’The Engineer’’ in Fidic Contracts. Basic responsibility of him with his team is site supervision and project management on behalf of the Client.

- The responsibilities are not limited with the following;

1. Coordinate with Top Management for creating strategies for the project.

2. Ensure that all contractual letters are responded with regard to the same approach/strategy.

3. Manage the FIDIC Contracts of the Contractors on behalf of the Client,

4. Consult his team for their responsibilities

5. Ensure that the supervision of site activities are performed with the same quality level with regard to the Contracts.

6. Monitor the resource requirements of all sites and transfer resources among sites when necessary.

7. Monitor the site progress and construction quality with contractual perspective and develop corresponce when necessary.

8. Arrange and administer internal periodical coordination meetings (weekly/monthly) among all sites and/or all relevant Parties.

9. Ensure that the deliverables requirement to the Client is fully covered. (periodical reports, periodical meetings)

10. Issue monthly budgets, meet the accounting requirements of the company.
