Vacancies details:

- A procurement manager is required to work for a major contracting company

- Provided that he should be at least 5 years of experience

- Proficient in English (reading, writing and speaking) as well as in computer

Duties:

- Preparing the quotation and purchase orders

- Proficient in dealing and negotiating with companies outside the kingdom

- Understanding the project requirements and supply plan

- Accuracy in coordination between suppliers and selecting the appropriate supplier

- Building and developing the procurement department and developing the procurement plans and procedures

- He should have distinguished relationships with suppliers

- Following up the needs of each department with respect of the raw materials and set the appropriate budget

- Managing negotiations with suppliers regarding the price, product quality, specifications, discounts, penalty clauses, as well as the returned goods, the delivery mechanism, and the signing of contracts with the nominated suppliers

- Continuous communication and coordination with the accounts, projects and warehouses departments
