About the Role
Amazon is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Delivery Partner Senior Manager to lead our Delivery Service Partner (DSP) network across the AMET (Africa, Middle East, and Turkey) region. In this strategic leadership role, you will drive innovation in the transportation industry, empower entrepreneurs, and contribute to Amazon's sustainability goals. You will be responsible for the overall performance, growth, and health of the DSP program, ensuring a world-class delivery experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the strategic vision for the AMET DSP network, aligning with Amazon's long-term goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of DSP managers and program specialists.
- Own the end-to-end performance of DSPs, including on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new Delivery Service Partners across the region, fostering a diverse and high-performing network.
- Design and implement programs to support DSP growth, operational excellence, and financial health.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations, Finance, Legal, Public Policy) to drive initiatives and resolve complex challenges.
- Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for network optimization and innovation.
- Champion Amazon's sustainability initiatives within the DSP network, promoting electric vehicles and other eco-friendly practices.
- Manage the DSP budget, including partner incentives and program investments.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and Amazon safety standards.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
- Significant experience in operations, logistics, or program management, with a proven track record of leading large-scale, complex programs.
- Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English.
- Willingness to travel across the AMET region as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree (MBA) preferred.
- Experience in the transportation or last-mile delivery industry.
- Experience working with entrepreneurs or third-party partners.
- Fluency in Arabic is a strong plus.
- Deep understanding of the logistics landscape in the Middle East and Africa.
