We are hiring a Painter / Coatings & Finishing Technician in Kuwait. In this role, you will apply paint, stain, and protective finishes to walls, ceilings, and surfaces across residential and commercial properties. You will work with brushes, rollers, and spray guns to deliver clean, durable results that meet project specifications and safety standards.

What You Will Do

• Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to walls, ceilings, and furniture
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling cracks or holes
• Select and mix colors to match project requirements
• Use brushes, rollers, and spray equipment safely and efficiently
• Protect surrounding areas with masking, covers, and tape
• Inspect completed work for quality and make corrections as needed
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Follow site safety rules and wear required protective gear

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Painter, Finishing Technician, or Coatings Applicator
• Good knowledge of painting methods, materials, and tools
• Ability to work at heights and handle physical tasks
• Attention to detail and a neat, precise working style
• Basic ability to estimate material quantities
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team
