About the Role
Stranger Soccer is expanding to key cities around the world, and we are looking for a License Owner to open and operate the Stranger Soccer business in Kuwait City. If you are passionate about football (soccer) and business, this is your chance to own and run a recognized football brand in Kuwait.
Core Responsibilities
- Open and operate the Stranger Soccer franchise in Kuwait City
- Manage day-to-day business operations, including scheduling, staffing, and customer experience
- Build and grow a local community around football activities and leagues
- Implement brand standards, marketing guidelines, and operational procedures provided by Stranger Soccer
- Coordinate with the central Stranger Soccer team for launches, campaigns, and reporting
- Handle local partnerships, venue management, and client relations
- Track performance metrics and work toward sustainable business growth
Required Qualifications
- Strong interest in football (soccer) and sports business
- Experience in business ownership, management, or entrepreneurship
- Ability to lead teams, manage operations, and deliver results
- Good understanding of the local market in Kuwait
- Willingness to follow brand systems while adapting them to the local environment
