Job Overview

Stranger Soccer is seeking a passionate and entrepreneurial individual to become a License Owner / Operator in Kuwait City. As a License Owner, you will be responsible for launching and managing Stranger Soccer's operations in the local market, building a community around the beautiful game.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and operate Stranger Soccer games and events in Kuwait City.
• Manage day-to-day business operations, including scheduling, marketing, and customer relations.
• Recruit and manage a team of part-time staff and referees.
• Drive local marketing and social media efforts to attract players and grow the brand.
• Ensure high-quality player experiences and uphold Stranger Soccer's standards.
• Track financial performance and report to the central team.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to build a business from the ground up.
• Passion for football (soccer) and knowledge of the local sports scene.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Previous experience in business management, sports operations, or event management is a plus.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kuwait City.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
