Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager to lead our retail operations in Bahrain. This position is responsible for achieving company objectives while ensuring the highest levels of customer service are delivered by the retail team. The ideal candidate will drive sales performance, optimize store operations, and foster a high-performance culture that aligns with our brand standards.
Core Responsibilities
- Sales & Revenue Management: Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyze sales trends to maximize profitability.
- Customer Service Excellence: Ensure exceptional customer experiences by coaching staff on service standards, resolving escalated complaints, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.
- Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, and mentor retail staff; conduct performance evaluations; create schedules; and foster a motivated, knowledgeable team.
- Operational Efficiency: Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, loss prevention, and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Financial Control: Manage store budget, control expenses, handle cash management, and prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
- Brand Representation: Maintain brand standards across all touchpoints, execute promotional campaigns, and ensure product presentation aligns with corporate guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in English; Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
- Solid understanding of retail operations, inventory control, and visual merchandising principles.
- Proficiency with POS systems, Microsoft Office, and retail management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail operations.
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in fashion, apparel, or lifestyle retail sectors.
- Knowledge of Bahrain labor laws and retail compliance requirements.
- Experience with workforce scheduling tools and analytics platforms.
- Demonstrated success in driving omnichannel retail initiatives.
