About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Female Store Manager to lead our retail operations in Bahrain. In this key role, you will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing daily store activities to meet company objectives. This position is ideal for a results-oriented retail professional with a strong background in sales and team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and staff scheduling.
• Set and achieve sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and implement strategies to maximize revenue.
• Recruit, train, and supervise retail staff to maintain high standards of customer service and product knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and brand standards.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate with regional management to align store goals with broader business objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a retail environment.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in fashion, cosmetics, or luxury retail.
• Knowledge of the Bahrain retail market and customer preferences.
